Lake Nipissing Ice Fishing Hut Operators
Lake Nipissing is one of two famous areas of Ontario known for walleye ice fishing. The other being the Bay of Quinte and if you have good walleye icefishing, you will most certainly have
time tested and proven icefishing hut operators and their lovable little ice shantys.
Once the season is open there is usually sufficient ice in the area but be sure to contact your local icehut operator before you
venture onto the ice, better yet, book some time in and enjoy all the comforts of home while you are ice fishing.
Please note, special restrictions are in place in order to control a depletion of this natural resource, so
check out the rules with your ice hut operator or with the Ministry Of Natural Resources.
It is also necessary to register your ice hut with your local MNR office.
