Three Mile Lake is approx. 50′ deep in Hammel Bay and 12′ deep average for the rest of the lake. The lake has a healthy Pickerel, Large and Small Mouth Bass and perch population. Pickerel from this lake were used to supply other lakes in the past. The lake is darker than the lakes around which the Pickerel favour.

Depth 12′ average – approx. 50′

Three Mile lake freezes quickly in December. The Ice huts are usually out on the ice around New Years.
Ice Thickness guidelines:
2″ STAY OFF THE ICE
4″ Walk and fish on the lake
5″ Snowmobile and ATV safe
8″-12″ Small cars and MUSKOKA SHORES ICE HUTS GO OUT.
Recommend only snowmobiles and ATV’s on the ice.
