Ice fishing brings anglers to the Mitchell’s Bay area and whether you are walking or have an ATV or snowmobile you are never far away from the fish.
When conditions allow it, Bass Haven allow access to the lake via their boat launch. Ice thickness will determine whether the access will only be for people walking or if ATV and snowmobiles will be allowed. For a small parking fee anglers and families can enjoy a great day on the “Hard Water”.
Tackle for all popular targeted species such as Bass, Perch, Pike, Walleye, Panfish and Muskey is available in store.
Bass Haven stocks the store based on what is hot for fishing at that time of year.
Ice Fishing brings all the quality Perch, Panfish, and Walleye gear. They also carry a large selection of Clam, Rapala, and Normark products to make that ice fishing experience enjoyable.
Ice, pop, water and snacks as well as live bait specific to the time of year for fishing is also available.
